Are your magnets printed in full colour?
Yes, all of our custom magnets are printed in full colour on our digital printing presses. 

What is the turn around time on orders?
Turn around time for all orders is 5-7 business days for production time. Shipping will take extra depending on your location. 

I need my magnets fast, do you accommodate rush orders?
Yes, if you have a rush deadline, please discuss this with out customer service reps. We can usually meet just about any deadline. 

Do you have specific artwork requirements?
We prefer Abobe files (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) . We may NOT be able to use files in the following formats: .gif, .jpg (JPEG), .bmp (Bitmap), PCIT, Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, MS Excel, PowerPoint. Vector graphics are preferred over bitmaps. If only bitmaps are available, please provide us a copy with the highest resolution possible. Bitmap images at less that 300 DPI may not be usable for imprinting.

​Do you charge set up fees?
No, we do not charge set up fees for any of our products.

I wish to place an order of magnets using multiple designs, is that possible? Does is cost extra? 
If you are submitting multiple button designs within your order please we accept the following

100 - 999 units -- allow up to 3 designs
1000-9,999 units -- allow up to 6 designs
10,000+ units allow up to 10 designs​

All additional files will be subject to a $10 fee per design.
